" Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing." - 1 Thessalonians 5:11
A Hopeline Institute mentoring relationship is an intentional, mutually-beneficial relationship between two people who regularly communicate with each other, share professional and personal experiences, offer encouragement, and pray for each other. Mentoring relationships create an opportunity for both mentor and mentee to personally and professionally grow; forming horizontal relationships from which both the mentor and mentee can benefit. Hopeline Institute mentoring relationships are based upon encouragement, constructive comments, openness, mutual trust, respect, and a willingness to learn and share. Therefore, all Hopeline Institute mentoring relationships are non-financial, meaning that the mentor may not charge the mentee for his or her time and expertise, and the mentor may not make any financial gifts or investments in the mentee's business. All graduates of Hopeline Institutes SME training are eligible to be matched with a local or international business mentor.
" And the things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, these entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also."
